    • Skip a line and write the date. In terms of Oberon and Titania’s love/hate relationship, the thematic idea of revenge is pretty strong. What do you predict the outcome might be?

Homework: The roots quiz on roots #1-15 will be Monday, 4-17.

Thursday, April 20, 2017 (students out on band/choir trips are responsible for completing work before coming to class on Monday)

  • Review roots.
  • Finish Act 2, scene 1 and start reading Act 3 scene 1.
  • Writers Notebook:
    • Skip a line and write the date. What are your predictions for the play based on what you have read so far? Write 2-3 sentences.

Friday, April 21, 2017 (students out on band/choir trips are responsible for completing work before coming to class on Monday)

  • Review roots.
  • Shakespearean insult activity (see writer’s notebook prompt).
  • Writer’s Notebook:
    • Skip a line and write the date. Write three insults in your WN using the provided worksheet; circle your favorite and write a conversation using your insult.

Homework: Monday is our first quiz for MND! Be ready!
