PARENTS: IMPORTANT STATE TESTING SO SAVE THE DATES May 5-7
Shelby County Schools will administer the state required ASPIRE Mathematics and Reading Assessments on May 5, 6 to grades 6, 7 & 8. The Alabama Science Assessment will be administered to all 7th graders on Wednesday, May 7th. In addition, Algebra I students will take an End of Course (EOC) examination on April 29th. This is a very important assessment.
The assessments will be given in the morning each day, so please do not schedule appointments until the afternoon. We appreciate your support to ensure our students are as prepared as possible. If you have any questions, please contact the guidance department at 682-7212
