Reminder: All Sixth Grade Students who are eleven or twelve years of age must have a TDap immunization in order to come to Chelsea Middle the first day of school, Thursday, August 7th.
If the sixth grade student is ten years of age and has a birthday after the first day of school, they have thirty days to get an updated blue Immunization/Health Card.
