“ChMS Football Sign-Ups: Please be sure that your child puts their name on the sign-up sheet in PE. Students have had this announced all week in PE by Coach Butler. They should also be bringing home a contact form to be completed by a parent/guardian and returned to Coach Butler. All these contact forms should be returned no later than Monday. If you have any questions, you can contact Coach Butler at h2butler@shelbyed.org or 682-7272. An email about upcoming spring training, paperwork, fundraisers, etc. will be sent out later next week. This is the reason that all forms must be returned by Monday. Thanks!”
