The 7th grade students are going to Chelsea High School on March 23rd to watch the Red Mountain Theatre Company perform Hail to the Chiefs; Rock the Presidents. (http://redmountaintheatre.org/) Students are asked to donate $10 to cover the cost of admission and transportation. All money needs to be paid by Tuesday, March 21st. All checks need to be made out to Chelsea Middle School (ChMS) and given to their Social Studies teacher with this permission form filled out and signed. Any extra funds will be used for classroom instruction. To attend, students must be in good standing academically and behaviorally. Permissions slips will go home today or tomorrow.
CHMS cheer tryouts will be on April 14th (Friday), and the clinic will be April 10-13 from 3-5. To participate in the clinic and tryouts, all students must have a current physical and the All-in-One form turned in by 3 pm on April 4th (Tuesday) to Mrs. Cook. To sign up and get a packet with cheer information, go to Mrs. Cook’s room or to the girl’s locker room. There will be a mandatory parent meeting on Wednesday, March 22nd at 6:30 in the CHMS library. Everyone trying out must have a parent or guardian attend the meeting.
