(3/1 – 3/7) Tune up that guitar, lace up those dancing shoes, warm up your vocal chords, and bring your “A” game! Bigtime Ministries is hosting a talent show March 22nd and it’s open to all middle school students. If you have a winning talent and want to compete against the most talented students at Chelsea Middle, pick up an information packet in Mr. Marshall’s room. Auditions will be after school on Wednesday, March 7 in the choir room.
Stinger Staff Application Projects are due this Friday! If you’re applying for yearbook, make sure you get your project turned in to Mrs. Nivens in room 105 by 3pm this Friday, March 2nd.
The Miss Chelsea Middle School pageant is March 3rd. For more information get a flyer from Mrs. Nivens or in the office.
Chelsea Middle School dance team clinic and tryouts will be held Monday, March 19 – Thursday, March 22. A mandatory parent meeting will be held next Tuesday, March 6, at 6:15 p.m. in the lunchroom. See Mrs. Miller to sign-up. Tryout packets will be due on Friday, March 16 by 3:00 p.m. Anyone who was interested in trying out for majorette is welcome to audition for dance team. At this time, we have not had sufficient interest in majorettes.
Attention 8th grade girls: Clinic and auditions for the High School Dance line and Majorettes will be held March 5th through 9th. Tryout information and forms can be found online at the Stingettes’ website. Search for keywords “Chelsea High Stingettes.”
