Announcements – March 13

Teen Night Out is now Spring Jam. This Friday from 1:00-3:00 during school, we will have games, DJ, Karaoke, Photo Booth, Hair and Face Painting and more. We will also be selling pizza, drinks and snacks. Armbands will be sold on Thursday during 6th period and Friday during 1st period for $10. Don’t forget your money! We are looking forward to a great day! See the attachment for information.

There will be no Study Hall Tuesday or Friday of this week

Do YOU have talent? Did you miss your chance to try out for the talent show last week? If so, there will be a make-up tryout this Friday morning in Mr. Marshall’s room before school. If you can sing, dance, play an instrument or do anything that might be a winning talent, be in Mr. Marshall’s room this Friday morning at 7:10 a.m. The make-up audition is open to all Chelsea Middle students!

Chelsea Middle Dance Tryouts:

Chelsea Middle School dance team clinic and tryouts will be held Monday, March 19 – Thursday, March 22. See Mrs. Miller to sign-up. Tryout packets are due on Friday, March 16 by 3:00 p.m.

If you’re interested in Majorettes, please let Mrs. Miller know. Tryouts are to be determined.

Chelsea High School Color Guard Tryouts:

Any 8th grader interested in trying out for Chelsea High School Color Guard should visit the Google Classroom Tryout page using the code c9pdo8z. Tryout forms will be posted there as well as reminders. A mandatory parent meeting will be held Tuesday, March 20 at 6 p.m. at Chelsea High. Tryout Clinic is April 2- April 5 @ 3:30- 5:30 (in CHHS gym). Tryouts are April 6 @ 4:00- until finished (in CHHS gym).

Warball Tournament on March 14 from 3:15-5:30- 6th, 7th, & 8th graders are invited to come out to the main gym and play in a warball/dodgeball tournament on March 14. This will take place after school in our main gym until 5:30. It will be $5/participant & $3/spectator for students. Students will be able to form teams of 10-12 and play in a tournament style format. Once the team portion is completed, we will have a 1 on 1 tournament to find the top player of the day. Hope everyone comes out to have some fun and enjoy hanging out with their friends. Concessions will also be available as well.
