Please remember if you must check out a student during the instructional school day, it is necessary for you to send a note to school in order to plan for the student to make appropriate arrangements to leave class with the materials he/she needs and be in the office for dismissal. If you do not send a note to school with the student, it will be necessary for you to wait until the end of a class period to dismiss your student. Please understand that it works a hardship on our students and teachers to interrupt instruction for dismissals of students throughout the school day. We work diligently to protect instruction and are sure you want to do the same.
Please work with us by planning appointments in advance and notifying the school in writing in advance when it is necessary for a student to miss instruction during the school day.
