English Language Arts – Today in class, students were able to work again one-one-one with Mrs. Nelson and utilize the entire class period to work on their Parts of a Plot Project Booklet. The remaining of the project will be completed at home. Students may take their projects to and from school as needed. Also, due to extra time in class, students were able to work again one-one-one with Mrs. Nelson and utilize the remaining of their class period to work on their Parts of a Plot Project Booklet. Today in class, we continued with learning about prepositions. We also took notes about the usage of prepositions.   Column 3 quiz was given today. Tomorrow, we will take column 4 quiz. Remember-We will learn the fifty prepositions this week before begin to apply the usage and mechanic of them in a sentence. Please note = All students will be responsible for learning the fifty prepositions. This week’s homework will be to study ten prepositions a night. Students that are absent will quiz the very next day that they return. Students already know what is expected if they are absent from school.

In reading today, we continued our discussion  and review about making predictions (1st & 5th period only).
