Today in class – Reviewed  and discussed notes and skills for benchmark test. Benchmarks will be Monday and Tuesday. Whole Group reading and discussion, ACDMS, Chapters 12-15. Notebook check starts tomorrow through next Thursday. Be ready and prepared!

Mrs. Nelson will be available every WEDNESDAY mornings, 7:25-7:45 AM  to help and support students that would like to catch up on their work, discuss skills and strategies to help students, allow reading time, and help support students that would like additional clarification of lesson material. Students will be given a pass to keep in their binders that will allow them to come to see me on Wednesday mornings. Take advantage of this opportunity!!!

Today in class, we discussed writing techniques. A writing sample “Thanksgiving Break” was modeled. Students will  write their own “Thanksgiving Break” rough draft and final draft.
