God, my family and my students are my top three loves followed by my dog (Luke) and the Auburn Tigers. WAR EAGLE! 🙂 I was born and raised in Alabama and graduated from Chelsea High School. Chelsea has been my home for the majority of my life. My family moved here when I was little. For that reason, Chelsea and its schools are very special to me! I love teaching in a place where I was taught alongside some teachers who were my teachers (Mr. Hyde)! I graduated from the University of Montevallo with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and have been teaching at Chelsea Park Elementary since 2009. I have a passion for children and teaching and look forward to each day when those kiddos walk through the door! Thank you for sharing them with me! I am honored to be their teacher and will strive to make their learning experiences fun and enjoyable as well as ever-lasting because knowledge is power!
