Fun Facts About Mrs. Hamby-

*This is my 12th year teaching and my 9th year at HIS. I love teaching fourth grade!

*I grew up in Albertville, AL (you may have never heard of it).

*I have been married to my amazing husband, Jeff, for six years now!

*We have a four year old son named Seth and a daughter named Addelyn who will be two in November.

*I love Dr. Pepper, Sour Patch Kids, Reese’s Pieces/Cups, and Butterfingers. =)

*I received a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from Jacksonville State University.

*I am an Alabama fan! Roll Tide!!

*I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cooking, softball, and being outside.

Dear Mrs.hamby its Tatyana. I dont knw if u remember me but I was in your class 3 years ago I’m now in middle school in Georgia. Although I miss Helena schools home of the huskeys I like McConnell home of the tigers which is an Archer school. I remember when your son was 1 and u showed us videos and pictures of him on the ladybug and I saw u have a daughter congrats. I remember when we did the lab with the cookies and had to get the chocalate chip out the cookie in a whole. U were a great teacher and I really miss u and thanks for being there fore when I wanted to quit and got me to keep moving forward even when times were rough so I just wanted to say thank you I miss u and have a great year!!!

Hey Tatyana! Of course I remember you! I’m so glad to hear from you and see you are doing well. Yes, I have a baby girl now who is almost 1 and Seth is 3! Time flies! 🙂 I do miss your sweet smile and fun personality. Thank you for your kind words! I hope you have a great year as well!
