MHS short sleeved Spirit Shirts are now on sale for $7.00 for all sizes. Please come by the main office to purchase.
Anyone interested in playing baseball please see Coach Simpson for an informational packet.
Tickets for the Winter Formal will be on sale beginning Wed. through Nov. 19 during lunch for $15.00
** Students are reminded once again…Students may enter the main building through the front doors at the first bell or after the tardy bell to classes. When leaving the lunchroom you should exit with your class & teacher and enter the main building through the side door!
Teachers and Students: MHS will be participating in the statewide AL College Application Campaign Nov. 3-6. Tues., Nov. 4 will be “College Pride Day” and everyone is asked to wear their favorite col-lege gear. Nov. 5th & 6th will be application completion days for seniors.
On Tues., Nov. 4, participating sophomores will be taking a tour of the Shelby County College and Ca-reer Center. Students will be called to board the bus shortly after morning announcements.
Seniors: Please remember to give Ms. Allen copies of any scholarship award letters you receive.
There will be an SGA meeting during7th period in Mrs. Pastor’s room for all SGA members? All mem-bers are expected to attend.
On Friday Nov. 7th, we will have a reward party during 7th and 8th periods for students who have achieved perfect attendance and no tardies for the month of September and for the month of October. A list will be provided for teachers to determine who is invited. Teachers can also provide in-class re-wards for qualifying students as well.
Peacemakers who signed up for the Downtown Trick or Treat this afternoon, meet in front of the build-ing at 3pm

All pumpkins for Pumpkin Carving/Decorating Contest should be turned in to Mrs. Gothard this morning. Winning pumpkins will be displayed & announced at the football game

Volleyball Team! Area 7 Champions! They will play in the Super Regionals Friday in Montgomery against WS Seal @ 11:30am.
School pictures will be taken TOMORROW. Class Favorites & Who’s Who will be taken that day as well.
Students and Teachers: TODAY all 10th grade students will take the PLAN Assessment. Test room assignments will be posted in the cafeteria and along the 10th grade hall Monday.
Student vs. teacher Dodgeball tickets will be sold during lunch TODAY. Juniors and seniors will play teachers.
Concessions will be sold during the games.
This Friday is decade day. Come dressed up in your favorite decade.
Friday night will be our pink out in support of breasted cancer awareness. Come to the stadium dressed in pink!
National Art Honor Society meeting TODAY at 3:10 in the Art Room.

Students are reminded that no outside food or drinks are allowed in the cafeteria or the main building. All outside food items must be repackaged. Also, students are not allowed to enter the front entrance after the first bell except after the tardy bell has rung. You must enter the main building through the side door.
