Bulldogs host Fultondale TONIGHT 7pm – Sr. Night – Last regular season game

With flu season right around the corner, we would like to request donations of hand sanitizer and Kleenex to be placed in classrooms. Donated items can be brought to the main office and we will distribute them to classrooms. Thanks to those who have already donated!

FFA Fruit Sales through Nov. 14. Delivery approximately Dec. 9

MHS will once again be participating in Alabama College Application Campaign Week beginning Monday. Nov. 1st & 2nd will be application days for seniors, and Nov. 3 will be a day for students and parents to get help completing the FAFSA. Students and/or parents should contact Ms. Allen to set up an appointment time for FAFSA help.

Attention Students: Tuesday, Nov. 1 will be College Pride Day at MHS. Be prepared to rep the gear of your favorite college or university!

School-wide Competition for Poetry Out Loud will be held today after school from 3-4 p.m.

MHS is observing National Red Ribbon Week . Peer Helpers ask you to join us tomorrow by wearing RED and pledging to be drug free. ! We will have candy and some other door prizes to hand out to those who participate, and we will be taking a big group picture in front of the school on Friday between 4th and 5th period. We will be entering this picture into a contest where our school could win an ipad and $1000. So please spread the word!!!

Please be sure to check the Lost & Found box in the main office. Any items not claimed will be sent to the thrift store

Today during GPS, we will meet with grade levels in the PAC, where the Montevallo Junior City Council will have a presentation.. We will call for them, so please do not send before we announce.

Seniors: A representative from the Univ of Alabama will be on campus TODAY during GPS in the library to meet with interested students. Sign up in the Guidance Office. Juniors can attend with teacher permission.

The Montevallo Fire Prevention Parade TOMORROW Several vendors will be set up in the park.

Attention Seniors: A representative from the Univ of South AL will be on campus Mon., Oct. 17 during GPS in the library. Interested students should sign up in the Guidance Office.

There will be a mandatory meeting today for anyone interested in joining Students Institute in Mrs. Pastor’s class during each Grade level GPS. In order for students to participate, they must attend. Once you check in to GPS for attendance, please come to Mrs. Pastor’s classroom in 305 Alice Boyd building.
