Hi everyone!
I’m so excited to meet my students and get to know their families!
This summer I’ve been teaching fitness classes, spending time with my 10 month old baby Levi and husband Bradley, keeping my house clean, and decorating my classroom! We also enjoy a pool day or catching up on our reading list.
This will be my 7th year at Forest Oaks. I try to blend the classic educational approach with current research to make the classroom experience a magical one. I jokingly wish that I could be a mix between Mary Poppins and Ms. Frizzle.
I believe in communication and that it takes a village to help meet each child’s needs and encourage them to meet their potential. Structure partnered with respect, fun, and autonomy are very important in our classroom. I am just as much a learner as my students, and am looking forward to growing with my rockstars in leadership this year!
