Our novel is coming to a close. Students need to finish the study guide for
Ch. 13,14,and 15 for Monday and 16 for Tuesday. Our test on the novel and this week’s vocab list that I am still blushng over is next Wed. Students turned in a reading log for the last 2 weeks today and picked up a log for the next 2 weeks.
We will still be using the novel to study cause and effect, map skills, research skills, compare and contrast and chronological order. We just need a little comic relief for a few weeks after reading such a grave novel.
I urge you to get your students to talk about the book with you.
