This week the students will read “Names/Nombres” from their yellow literature books. We will be discussing fact and opinion, narrative writing, and adjectives. The ELA Benchmark is Wednesday, 10.7.2015. All of the grades must be in by Friday. Please check INOW, if your student has any missing assignments they have until Thursday to turn them in for partial credit.
Vocabulary Words for the week are: mistook, pursue, transport, inevitably, chaotic, inscribed, tone, viewpoint, fact, and opinion.
Homework:
Monday – Write the each vocabulary work in a context sentences.
Tuesday – Reread “Names/Nombres” – pages 114 – 129
Wednesday – None!
Thursday – GWB Pages 21 and 22 exercises 1 and 2.
Friday – None!
