Through Lemak Sports Medicine, Chelsea High School is offering free physicals to their students. This service is also open only to current 8th graders. Though this service is open to all 8th graders, it is intended mainly for athletes that need to complete the “Pre-Participation Physical” as required by the Alabama High School Athletic Association. Please see the attached letter and PowerPoint for more information regarding this service. Eighth grade students will need to notify Coach Bright when the online registration has been completed. This will need to be done by Friday, December 20.
