Students, would you like to wear your pajamas to school???? This Friday, January 31, will be “Pajamas for Progress” – students can purchase a wrist band for $2.00 in order to wear your pajamas to school on Friday. Sweatpants are o.k. but no athletic shorts. Sweatbands will be on sell before school in the gym lobby and cafeteria.

6th graders interested in participating in Scholars Bowl should plan to stay for Scholars Bowl Champ Camp on Tues, Wed and Thurs of this week from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. Please see Mrs. Caiola for more information.

The War Ball Tournament is BACK! This year’s War Ball Tournament will be this Friday, January 31st, immediately after school until 6pm. Pick up information and team registration forms from Coach Bright or Coach Butler. Teams can be up to 8 people of boys, girls, or boys and girls.

There will be a Softball Parent meeting tonight (Jan. 27th) at 6:00 pm here at the middle school.

Chelsea High School Dance team and Majorette tryouts will be the week of February 17 – February 21st.
Any 8th gr girls who are interested should attend an interest meeting on January 30th in the Chelsea High School Band Room. The meeting begins at 6:00 p.m.

8th graders – If you would like to order the 8th gr Class Panoramic Picture, you need to mail in your order envelope this week. Extra order envelopes are available in the office.

If you would like to order one of the new ChMS tee shirts, stop by the office and pick up an order form.

Remember to bring in your “Box Tops for Education”. This helps to raise money for our school. Turn your box tops in to your Math teacher.

We are still having a problem with students wanting to ride home with friends on buses that are not their regular bus. It is a rule from the Transportation Dept. that, due to the crowded conditions on the buses, students are not allowed to ride buses home that are not their assigned bus. If you have an extreme emergency, please contact the school office or the bus shop.
