This is a drop in group, it is free, no commitment in attending
Group is facilitated by a licensed professional counselor
What: Depression and Bipolar Support Group
When: 2nd and 4th Thursday of Each month
Where: Crisis Center*
What time: 6:30-8:00 pm
Why: Provides an opportunity for persons with a diagnosis of depression and/or Bipolar Disorder a forum to discuss challenges, questions, concerns, and coping skills among peers.
