ANNOUNCEMENTS: 4/2/14

Congratulations to the Lady Hornets softball team on their victory over Helena. They won 10-0 in 5 innings and are number 1 in the conference.

CHESS Club will be meeting Thursday afternoon from 3-4 in Mrs. Coxwell’s room.

You will be receiving your Spring Pictures in your P.E. class. If you plan to order your pictures, order forms and money are due by Friday, April 11.

6th and 7th gr boys interested in playing middle school football – today is the last day to sign up for spring training – you MUST sign up today during P.E.!

Pizza will be on sale today and tomorrow (Thurs) after school in the gym lobby.

Cheerleading paperwork is due this afternoon by 3pm…you can drop it off in the office if you can’t get to Ms. Cook’s trailer.

Peer Helper applications are due no later than Friday, April 4th to the counseling office.

Beta Club will meet next Wednesday, 4/9, at 7:15 a.m. in the Choir Room

There will be a skills clinic for girls interested in trying out for middle school dance team or majorette. The clinic will be held Saturday, April 12. If you are interested, stop by the office for a registration form.

2014 ChMS Talent Showcase will be Friday, April 11, at 6:30 p.m.
Admission will be $5.00
See Mrs. Rizzo between classes, before or after school to sign up.
Limited number of slots available for acts, so hurry!
Deadline to register (and turn in music) is Friday, April 4.

Honor Roll Assembly will be April 3rd for 6th grade and April 4th for 7th and 8th. If you made honor roll last 9 weeks, make sure your parents know to arrive at 7:55 in the gym.

The CHHS Stars Dance Team will be hosting the Miss Spring Pageant April 19th at Chelsea High School in the auditorium. The office has forms for girls who are interested.

If you would like to order one of the new ChMS tee shirts, stop by the office and pick up an order form.

Remember to bring in your “Box Tops for Education”. This helps to raise money for our school. Turn your box tops in to your Math teacher. If you turn in 50 box tops, you will receive a pass to sit where want to during lunch.
