Announcements – April 30

ANNOUNCEMENTS: 4/30/14

Next Monday & Tuesday we will be giving the Aspire test to all students. Check with your Language Arts teachers to see what room you will be testing in. It will be the same both days. You will report to 1st period for attendance, then move to your testing room. This Friday we will make sure you know where your testing room is by practicing during 1st period. Testing will last just over an hour so we will resume a regular school day once completed. On Wednesday, we will be giving the Alabama Science Assessment to 7th gr students only. Classes will run regularly for 6th and 8th gr students on this day.

Students are NOT allowed to have any digital device or anything else with them in the testing room. 6th gr students will have to put their backpacks in the hallway after reporting to your testing room. 7th & 8th gr students will need to leave everything in their lockers. If a digital device is seen or heard during testing, it will be taken and searched and your test will be voided. Calculators will be provided to your for the math test, but you may bring your own personal calculator. There are some calculators not allowed so please check with your math teacher.
