On Thursday, May 22nd at 8:30 a.m., Chelsea Middle School will be hosting the 8th grade Graduation Ceremony in the stadium. Some parents or guardians will choose to check-out thier student after graduation. In an effort to expedite the dismissal process, please fill out the following information and present this slip to the Chelsea Middle School staff who is managing check-outs.
