BOB will practice after school this Thursday from 3:15 to 4:15 in the Media Center.
Congratulations to Amber Lettrich (8th Grade) and Emmalyn Miller (6th Grade) for being awarded 1st Place in their divisions for the Shelby County Superintendentās Visual Arts Exhibit. Emmayln Millerās artwork was also chosen to be shown in the Stateās Superintendentās Visual Arts Exhibit.
Art Club will be meeting this Thursday after school.
8th gr Scholars Bowl match will be at Simmons today (1/19)
FBLA members donāt forget to wear your t-shirt for the group picture tomorrow morning at 7:20.
The 6th gr āBlue Valentineās Danceā will be February 11th, 3:30-5:30! We would like for boys to wear collared shirts with a tie or bow tie, and girls to dress to impress, in Chelsea blue and a black, silver, or white matching piece. More information will be provided as the event date gets closer!
7th & 8th gr Valentineās Dance will be February 19, from 7:00 ā 9:00 p.m. ā dress will be semi formal
Peer tutoring will be available after school as needed. If you are interested in getting some extra help, sign up in the counseling office and we will pair you with a peer tutor.
The high school will have an 8th gr parent meeting on January 25th at 6:00 pm in the high school auditorium. They will share important information about selecting courses so be sure to let your parents know. The high school counselors will then have you select your classes through your English classes that week.
8th graders: Remember to order your 8th gr Panoramic Pictures by filling out the order envelope and mailing it in along with the money. You can also go to www.PanoPhotoInc.com to order pictures. Extra order forms are available in the main office.
Attention 8th grade girls interested in trying out for Volleyball at the high school: The sign-up form is online at the CHMS Volleyball Blog.
Miss Chelsea Middle School pageant will be February 27. More details will be coming soon.
