Are you having a conflict with friends or parents? Do you want to do better in school, but not sure how? Or maybe, you just want someone to talk to that wonât judge you and will just listenâŚthen you may want to try peer listening. Some of our peer helpers have been trained and are now able to offer peer listening, a confidential peer who will talk with you about anything you need. For more information, see Mrs. Rogers in the counseling office.
To support Owenâs House, Peer Helpers are sponsoring Pajama Day this Friday. Pay $1.00 to wear your pajamas on Friday, March 18. All money raised by Peer Helpers will be directly donated to the Owenâs House.
Beta Club will meet next Tuesday, March 22, at 7:25 a.m. in the library. All new and old members plan to attend.
Donât forget to go by the Library to shop at the Book Fair â the Book Fair will end Wednesday, 3/16.
March 14 â 17 is âNational School Breakfast Weekâ. Eat breakfast in the ChMS lunchroom ALL FOUR DAYS for a chance to win a $15.00 I-tune card. Four winners will be announced Friday, March 18.
There will be a mandatory Parent Meeting for those interested in being a ChMS Cheerleader or Starlet for the 2016-17 school year this Thursday, 3/17, at 6:30 pm in the media center. This includes cheerleading, dance team, and majorettes. Estimated fees, camp dates and other information will be discussed at this time. Clinic for all 3 will be April 11-14th 3:30-5:30 and tryouts will be Friday, April 15th.
