Congratulations to all of our math teams for their success this year. 6th grade took 2nd place this year with Patrick Etheredge scoring as the second highest scorer for 6th grade in all of Shelby County. 7th grade place 3rd, 8th grade Pre-Algebra placed 3rd, and the Algebra 1 team placed 2nd. Great Job math team members!

Girls Basketball tryouts for middle school will be Monday April 20 and Tuesday April 21 3:00-4:45 for 7th graders trying out for the 8th grade team and Wednesday April 22 and Thursday April 23 3:00-4:45 for 6th Graders trying out for the 7th grade team. Information for tryouts can be found in the Google classroom- 6th graders can get the code and sign up outside Mrs. Brown’s room and 7th graders can get the code and sign up in the girls locker room.
Steel City Pops will be coming to ChMS on March 18th during Advisory. Pops are $4.00 each
Color guard Clinic/ Tryouts will take place April 6-10 in the Chelsea High School gym. A required parent information meeting will be held at Chelsea High School on Thursday, March 19th at 6:00 p.m. Experience is not required to tryout! 8th gr girls interested in trying out for the High School Cheerleading Team – Tryout Clinic will be March 16-18, 3:30 – 6:30 and tryouts will be March 19 at 4:00 p.m.
