Any softball girls that have money for Coach Cook, please bring it to her at this time.
JUNA Iceland will meet Wed., 12/9, in Ms. Collins’ room. Please tell your parents to come to the meeting if at all possible; we need their help with costumes. We will meet from 3:00 – 4:30.
Any 7th and 8th Grade boys and girls, interested in trying out for the Spring Golf Team, can stop by Mrs. McGrew’s room for more information. Tryouts are scheduled for Tuesday December 15th at 3:45 pm at Eagle Point Golf Course.
Peer tutoring will be available Tues, Wed and Thurs of this week (12/8, 12/9 and 12/10) after school from 3-4 in the library. Peer helpers can help you with homework, study for a test, work on a project, or just get organized! If you have questions, see Mrs. Rogers.
Battle of the Books tryouts date has been changed. Tryouts will be held on January 13th. Please see Mrs. Grainger if you are interested.
The ChMS Debate team will be holding tryouts this week. 6th, 7th and 8th graders who are interested need to go by Mr. Marshall’s room to sign up.
The Beta Club is selling Holiday Grams during the lunch periods. Look for Mrs. Edwards during lunch to purchase your grams. Candy Canes are $1 and a bag of Chocolate is $2. Sale ends Friday. Delivery will be on December 17th.
Yearbooks are now $45 until the end of December and can be purchased online at www.balfour.com
7th and 8th gr Winter Dance will be Friday, Dec 11, 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Pizza, soda, and cake available for $1 each. Photo booth available for $1 each. Dress is semi-formal and you must be in dress code to attend. Tickets are $8.00 if you buy them early or $10.00 at the door. You can buy your ticket from Mrs. Elliott, Mrs. J Cook or Ms. Houston during lunch.
