The last Heroes Cards and Comics Club meeting will be this Friday in Coach Lovett’s room. Feel free to bring snacks. Pick-up will be at 5:00 p.m. The 8th grade banquet will be held at Douglas Manor on Wednesday, May 22. Money is due to your English teacher by this Friday, May 10. There will be a parent meeting for current 8th grade students interested in participating in cross country at the high school. The meeting will be on Monday, May 13th at 5:00 PM in the high school library. If you have any questions, please see Coach Burdette. Yearbooks will be distributed on Tuesday, May 7th during PE classes in the main gym. Please find out from your parents if they purchased a book online this year so you know to come get it. If you’re unsure, please email Mrs. Nivens at mnivens@shelbyed.org to find out. If you did not pre-order a yearbook, we have a very limited number of extras that will go on sale for $50 on Wednesday morning, May 8th at 7:10am in Mrs. Nivens’ room, #105.
