Student Drop-off Instructions beginning 10/11/11
Parents, we are working to enhance morning drop off in front of the school. Currently, we have about 400 vehicles pulling into the front of the school between 7:15 – 7:45 for student drop off . This is a monumental task to get that many vehicles, along with the 630 students who drive, onto campus in that time frame. Therefore, we are changing our drop off procedure. Beginning Tuesday morning October 11, 2011, the following procedure will be in effect:
The main entrance near the marquee will be a one-way entrance only. Both lanes will be used for incoming traffic. Signs will be posted at the bottom of the hill.
Vehicles will turn from Bearden Road and go up the hill. At the top of the hill, signs will be posted to show where students should exit the vehicles. School personnel or Pelham Police will be there to coordinate movement of vehicles. Please have students ready to exit.

Please be cautious, as student drivers will be entering this road from the upper parking lot. Parents will continue along Panther Circle to exit; this is a one-lane road until the stop sign after the baseball field. At the stop sign, continue straight to exit. Oncoming traffic will turn right.
