Computer Essentials

General Information –
(7th Grade)

Seventh grade Computer Essentials Class is a semester class.  It begins with a review of basic keyboarding followed by units on word processing, spreadsheets, database basics, presentation and desktop publishing software, and an introduction to programming. Students also review Internet vocabulary,  Internet safety, proper Internet usage, practice business skills, and learn about financial literacy, career options, and job seeking skills.  See the syllabus below for additional information.
