I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention

I know this will come back to haunt me at some point, but in case you truly are lost w/o your community of Twilight support, there is a Twilight Convention this summer in Dallas, Texas – imagine, you could be surrounded by the actors and fellow fans – I’ll leave it to you to figure out what the website is that has the information… oh, and if you go to TwiCon 2009, don’t let me know:)

honestly, i thought the whole thing was funny when I read about it (yes, i am still reading:)

  1. Sup’ it Rolando. I stopped reading Epic and I am on page 206 of Twilight. That is pretty good for me considering I have only had it for 5 days or so. It is really good . I personally think the author, Stephenie Meyer, wrote this book because she was wanting to express her feelings without getting personal…huh, well, too late now sister. She was needing to let some stress out and had the time to write this book. She must have been put down hard by a good dude. I’m really surprised she doesn’t get herself in the movies more than she does if that’s the case just to wag a finger in his face and say “What do you think of me now doofus!” I think she has more of a cowardly side to her though, like Bella. I really think she based this on her life not wanting anyone to know why she wrote this book or think she based it on herself. Well, after all this pounding on her I have to give her props… she can write one seriously awesome book. Also, thank-you big sister Emily for keeping her going and helping her make this book you rock for that.

  2. okay well i started reading dear jonh. i figured i would read the book before i see the movie so…..yeah. i figure i am going to cry in the book by the comercials i have seen on tv. so i am figuring it is going to be good. well so….. it is just jonh and his father. his mother left when he was little. before he was 1 year old. his father in a post office man. they live right in the middle of the pore side and the rich side. they live close enough to the rich side for jonh to go to the high schooler system. but he is very different from the rest of the kids. the rest of the kids are worried about their clothers and stuff like that. when jonh gets in highschool he starts turing down the wrong path. he has every thing going for him tall, looks good, good at sports, has good grades, everything. but he goes wrong. when he gets out of highschool he figures out he needs to turn things around. so he has always thought of going into the military. the marines, that is what he has always been around. but he ends up going into the army. either way he is going to be handed a rifle. so john is turning his life around.
so that is as far as i have gotten in the book. i like it so far so….. jonh has had a hard life in my opinion. he hasent had a mother and not really a father either. his father has done anything for him excapt feed him. he has been all alone his whole life. hasent really had any friends to fall back on. to him the only choice he had to do to change was to go away for awhile. his first time to come back home he comes home but his father hasent changed one little bit. so the next time he comes back home he goes with his friends to LA. then he decides he needs to start to kinda settle down but not to fast but not really settle down either.
