Softball’s last two home games are Tuesday and Thursday this week. Student tickets have been reduced to $2.

There will be food and prize giveaway opportunities at the games for students to win. Students must be present to win.

Sr. announcements will be delivered Thurs. morning at 7 am. Rep will be set up in the cafeteria.

Yearbooks will be arriving mid-May. Order yours now before they are sold out. Yearbooks are $50. See Mrs. Fricke, room 115, to purchase a yearbook today! 🙂

If anybody (boy or girl) has an interest in playing varsity golf next year see Coach Poe by April 27

Marching Troubadours drumline for the 2018 school year clinics and auditions will be May 1-4 after school from 3:15-5:00.

The Talent Show will be held on Friday at 1:30 in the PAC. Tickets will be available during Lunch starting today. Tickets are $5, and you must have a ticket to enter the PAC.

Attention Seniors: The Horatio Alger Foundation has scholarships through its Career & Technical Scholarship Program. Applicants must demonstrate financial need. Apply at application.horatioalger.org by June 15.

Attention Students: The Alabama Lions High School Leadership Forum will be held at Troy University this summer. If you wish to strengthen your leadership skills while networking with other leaders from across the state, be sure to apply by May 18. Visit www.ALHSLF.org.

Attention Juniors: MHS is in need of representatives for both Alabama Boys State and Alabama Girls State. Both programs take student leaders and immerse them in activities that promote greater understanding of civics and government. Interested students should see Ms. Allen.

Teachers and students: The bells to 2nd and 3rd period will be off today due to testing.

“FFA Students helping with Farm Day, make plans to help set up this afternoon after school.”

Please wish the MHS Choir Good Luck as they go off to the University of Alabama to perform in the State Choral Performance Assessment this afternoon. This will be the first time that MHS is sending a choir to this prestigious event! GO BULLDOGS!!!

Reminder: All cars parking on campus must have a hang tag. If you do not display a proper tag, your vehicle is subject to being towed at your expense. Students are not allowed to park in the faculty spaces.

The Decathlon was a success… $1368 was raised for The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Good job!
