Deadline to turn in baseball paperwork is this Friday- October 26.

Attention Students: MHS will be administering the ASVAB on Nov. 13 at 8:00. Even for students not interested in the military,
the ASVAB serves as a great career assessment. 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students should sign up in the Guidance Office. The
deadline is Nov. 5.

Students and Teachers: Next week will begin Alabama High School Application Campaign Week across the state. Seniors will
be given the opportunity to sign up for college admissions and FAFSA help.

There will be a Model United Nations interest meeting TODAY from 3-4pm in Mrs. Pastor’s room 305 in the Alice Boyd build-
ing. Anyone interested in Model United Nations needs to make plans to be there.

There will be no MHS Gaming Club meeting TODAY. The next meeting will be on November 7th from 3 to 5pm in Mrs. Pas-
tor’s room.

**ALL students parking on campus must have a parking permit! You must park in the designated space matching
your permit. Violators are subject to having your vehicle towed.

All current baseball players and students interested in trying out for the baseball team need to see Coach Shelton THIS WEEK to receive a
tryout packet. All required forms must be signed and turned in to Coach Shelton by Friday, October 26 in order to participate in tryouts.

Sophomores and Juniors: There are still a few more seats left for the PSAT. The test is $16 and will be administered on Oct. 10. This is an opportunity for juniors to be named National Merit Scholars. See Ms. Allen to reserve your spot!

Congratulations to the varsity volleyball for the 1st place finish in the Rebel Invitational Tournament this past weekend. They defeated Thorsby, Westminister and Chilton County. Also, Congrats to Kayleon Lamar for MVP.
