ALL students parking on campus must have a parking permit from the office. Parking without a permit is subject to vehicle being towed at your expense. Parking on Oak St. against the traffic flow can result in receiving a violation from the PD. If you have a purchased tag, park in that designated space. All spaces have been sold with the exception of a few left on Oak St.

Over the weekend the MHS Wrestling team competed in the AHSAA State Championship.
We had three state placers. Gavin Monk placed 2nd overall in the State and finished the year with a record of 55-3. Charlie Paracca and Cole Dennis both placed 3rd overall in the state. The team finished 5th in the state out of 31 teams. Congratulations to all of our wrestlers on a great season.

Virtual Shelby 2022-2023: If you wish to apply for admission into Virtual Shelby for the 2022-2023 school year, please reach out to Leslie Walker at Montevallo High School to receive course selection information, discuss admission requirements, and confirm eligibility. March 11th is the deadline to apply for admission into 2022-2023 Virtual Shelby and register for virtual classes.

Due to the potential for severe weather conditions this afternoon,

Marching Troubadour Danceline and Colorguard are offering a free clinic on Tuesday & Thursday beginning this afternoon at MHS 3:30 – 4:30 in the cafeteria. 2/3, 2/8, 2/10

Beginning Tuesday, February 8th, we will be hosting an after school credit recovery session from 3:15 to 5:15. This will take place each Tuesday. Students should meet immediately after school in the front lobby. These sessions are for students who have failed a core subject class in the first semester or who still have credits to recover from last school year.
