- Announcements:
*Today we will have a wrestling and basketball fundraiser activity in the gym. It will cost $2.00 to participate in the activity. We are on an activity schedule. Those not attending the activity must remain in your 7th period class.
*8th graders may still order the panoramic picture until next Saturday, January 16th. The deadline was extended. If you need any extra form, please come by the office.
*Please keep bringing in box tops. For every 10 that you bring in, you will receive two tardy to class passes.
*Literary magazine submissions are due to Ms. Moore or your ELA teacher by the end of January.
*Monday there will be no school due to the observance of the Martin Luther King Jr Holiday.
*Next Tuesday night will be the MMS Open House at 5:30pm. Please encourage your parents to attend. The band and choir will be performing and your parents will get a chance to visit your teacher’s classrooms. There will also be chess boards set up in the library so you can play your parents a game of chess. The open house will end at 7:30pm. Band Members, LOT Members, Choir Members, and Ambassadors should dress nice for the occasion.
*The Montevallo Day of Pageants will be held on February 6th in the Performing Arts Center at MHS. The registration packets are now in the office for pick up and are due on Friday, January 29th.
