DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS

*Announcements:

*The continuation of Spring Fling is this morning.  If you paid your $3.00 yesterday you can go to Spring Fling.  You can still pay $3.00 to attend even if you didn’t attend yesterday if you have paid all of your fees and monies owed for books. Each concession stand item and game or activity will cost $1.00.  Anyone not attending Spring Fling, will remain in the media center.

*School will dismiss at 1pm today. Make sure you take home all of your belongings!

*MMS School registration will be on July 13, 2017, from 8-12pm and 2-6pm.  You need to come early if you want your parents to buy you a top locker.  You will receive your schedule that day.

*The MHS Baseball coaches will have a Bulldog Baseball Camp from June 5^th –June 8^th from 8-12 at Stephens Park this summer.  The cost is $70.  This camp is for ages 5-13.  You can register the morning on Monday June 5^th at Stephens Park or send a check to Coach Frankie Perez at 980 Oak Street Montevallo, AL 35115.  For questions call 205-401-5353 (Coach Perez).

*Announcements:

*The Spring Fling will be today.  It will cost $3.00 to go outside for the day and participate in or watch the Track and Field Events.  After lunch, there will games and activities and concession stand items that will cost $1.00 each. Students not participating in Spring Fling will be in the Library.

*Archery Tryouts for next year will be today after school from 3-5 at the MMS gym.  Students that are trying out for Archery on Wednesday need to report to the gym on the first bell.   See Coach Jett with any questions.

*Remember that you will not be able to attend the end of the year activities if you owe money for textbooks, library books, or if you are failing your classes.

*Take your family out to dinner and support MHS Auxiliary Band at Pelham Texas Roadhouse tonight. We are raising money to buy equipment for majorettes, danceline, and colorguard. Give your receipt to your waiter/waitress and tell them it is for Montevallo High School.

Happy Birthday: Olivia Wilson

*Announcements:

*The Spring Fling has been moved to Wednesday instead of Tuesday because of the threat of rain.  MMS Movie Day will be tomorrow and the Student/Faculty Volleyball game will be tomorrow for $2.00.

*Archery Tryouts for next year have been moved to Wednesday after school from 3-5 at the MMS gym.  Students that are trying out for Archery on Wednesday need to report to the gym on the first bell.   See Coach Jett with any questions.

*Today will be Awards Day at 8:15am.  Mrs. Lewis will call for each grade level.  If you are receiving awards, please try to sit in the front of the bleachers so you do not have to climb over people. 8^th Graders will sit in the chairs on the floor until they are filled. Please be on your best behavior during the assembly.  Clapping for your classmates is O.K. Yelling and screaming is not. Also please do not Boo anyone.  After the awards ceremony, the new LOT members will meet in the MMS Library for a reception.  The MMS seniors will walk through our Campus about 10:30 Monday morning.  Please cheer them on as they come through the halls.

*The Talent Show will be Thursday at 1pm for $2.00.

*The Honor Roll Field Trip is this morning.  We will call for you to load the bus about 9am.
