She served the state of New York in the House of Representatives for 7 terms (14 years). While in office she fought for the rights of women and minorities. She also tried to run for the US presidency in 1972. |

*The BETA club induction will be held this morning. All students will attend and must be on their best behavior in the gym. This is a solemn ceremony.

*Please keep collecting Box Tops for Education. For every 10 that you turn in, you will receive a tardy to class pass. Teachers will receive a jean stickers for every 10. The deadline is Monday, Feb 29th.
*The soccer boys have a game today at Pelham High School.
