*Announcements:
* This Friday will be LEAD and Progress Reports will go home on Friday.
*The first basketball game is tonight with a home game against Bibb County.
* Tonight is Support the MMS Choir at Zaxby’s night from 4-8pm. A portion of the profits go to support the MMS choir so eat dinner at Zaxby’s in Calera.
*Tomorrow the Band and Choir will be on a field trip.
*8th grade Scholar’s Bowl Team will meet every morning Mon-Thur in Lab 28 from 7:00-7:30 am starting next week, Nov 12th. 6th and 7th Grade Scholars Bowl will meet on Wednesdays after school.
*Thursday will be Pajama Day. Instead of bringing $2.00, students must bring 3 canned or boxed food items or toiletry items for the Oak Mountain Mission in order to wear sweats or pajamas. Please bring your items to Mrs. Day’s classroom on place in the bins around the school. Put your name on the donation bag. The individual with the most donations will win a slushie and the grade level with the most will get open seating at lunch.
*Soccer conditioning is cancelled for this week. There will be a mandatory parent meeting for soccer players on Thursday, November 15th at 5pm. See Coach Thomas for more information.
*As a fundraiser, MMS will be selling Priester’s Pecans. Order forms will be went home on Friday. Money and order forms are due on November 26th.
