DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS

*Announcements:

*Tomorrow is Break Schedule.

*If you are interested in getting a sports physical, save up your $10.00 to give to  Coach Horton or Coach Jett for the field trip.  All students interested in playing sports (this includes 6^th graders for next year) must have a current physical on file. The field trip will be on Friday, January 19^th. The cost is $10.00

*Anyone interested in submitting work for consideration for the Shelby County Literary Magazine needs to have it typed and submitted to Ms. Moore by the 31st of January.  It can be short stories, essays, or poems.

*Report Cards will be sent home on Monday.

*8^th grade Scholar’s Bowl will practice on Monday after school. 7^th grade Scholar’s Bowl will practice on Thursday next week.

*Next Friday will be the 8^th grade Panoramic Picture at 1:30pm.  8^th grade students if you are not here that day, you will not be in the picture.

*7^th Grade Scholars bowl will practice after school today until 4:45 pm.

*Mrs. Lewis sends Congratulations to the choir and band members on the wonderful performances last night. it was a truly a spectacular event. Kudos to Mr. Banks, Mrs. Underwood, Mrs. Bishop and Mrs. Thomas for a very innovative idea.

*Congratulations to the student of the week:  Dylan Campbell.  He was nominated by Ms. Long.  Ms. Long states that Dylan is working extremely hard in his classes and putting forth much effort.  He also is exemplifying good behavior in his classes.
