*Announcements:

*This Thursday is Athletic Day.  Students will be able to wear sweats or athletic type pants or athletic shorts if you pay $2.00.  The money will go to the PTO fund.  If you wear sweats or athletic pants, please wear shorts underneath the pants.

*The first Volleyball game is this Thursday at Isabella.  The first home football game is also on Thursday against Columbiana.  We will have a pep rally and be on an activity schedule.

*Students please sell the Pecans for the Pecan Fundraiser.  All proceeds will go to MMS.  The fundraiser will end on September 6th.  Those who turn in orders will get tardy to class passes.  The top seller will receive an I Tunes Gift Card.

*Students please collect box tops.  For every 10 box tops that you turn into the office, you will receive two tardy to class passes.

*Students please turn in your Code of Conduct forms signed by your parents to your 4th period teachers. If you do not turn in your forms by today, you will be given silent lunch every day until you do.

*There will be a new student orientation today during 5th period in the library for all students who are new to MMS and have not attended Montevallo schools prior to this year. Punch and cookies will be served.  Teachers were sent a list of the students in their email.  Ms. Fenn will also need the ambassadors that period.
