Scholastic Book Fair is coming soon, March 5th-11th! You can visit our fair website (https://www.scholastic.com/bf/oakmountainmiddleschool) to create an e-wallet for your student to purchase without needing to carry cash or checks! Thank you for supporting our library fundraiser.

8th graders will be reading Ender’s Game by Orson Scott Card in their science class. If you would like to order a book through the school you can find a link on the OMMS website under OMMS Class Donation/Fee. Then click on your child’s science teacher’s name… Brown, Chumbley or Turpen. Deadline is March 8th.

Auditions for Show Choir will be Thursday, March 11. See Mrs. Graddy in the choir room or go to the choir website (www.ommschoir.com) for information about the audition process.

Students that need to replace their agenda due to loss or condition can purchase new agendas in the OMMS Front Office.  $10 cash or check.  Exact change is preferred and much appreciated.

The 9th Annual Oak Mountain Color Run will be Saturday, March 13th at Oak Mountain State Park. All proceeds go directly to cancer research with the O’Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center at UAB.  For registration and additional information, visit the OMHS SGA Website at www.oakmountainsga.mypixieset.com
