We would like to provide studentsĀ with two enrichment opportunities for the summer. The first is theĀ ALSDE’sĀ Summer Learning Challenge. The second is what we are callingĀ Fight the Slide!Ā ThisĀ is an enrichment program designed to help students continue to practice academic skills. This program will utilize anĀ online educational tool called IXL that your students have used throughout this school year and are already very familiar with its functionality.Ā For each grade level in both math and ELA, there are 20 days worth of lessons that will review essential skills on the current grade level and that will expose your child to essential skills for his or her next grade level.
