The Linly Heflin Scholarship is a scholarship that grants four year scholarships in the amount of $4000 per year to a limited number of Alabama women who have both significant economic need and sound academic records.
Qualifications for the scholarship are:
*Scholarships are restriced to Alabama women who are U.S. citizens.
*Scholarship recipients must attend a 4 year Alabama college or university accredited by SACS.
*Recipients must have a minimum ACT score of 23.
*Recipients must have documented financial need and academic proficiency.
Applications can be downloaded at www.linlyheflin.org.
The completed application form and supporting documents, must be mailed and postmarked by January 9, 2017.
