Reading Due Dates Dec. = 2/27 Jan. = 3/2 Feb. =3/6 Mar. =3/8 Apr. 3/12 May= 3/14 June3/16 Students should be able to answer study guide question but do not need to write the answers in their journals.

In class We are working on a mini-research project.  We are learning to use easybib.com for MLA citation.  We will also practice CEC–Claim, Evidence, Commentary. For Tues. GWB 131 and 132 We will have a reading quiz for “November” on 2/22, not 2/20.    

I am enjoying listening to the comments about our new book and its characters.  The WASAPS (wonders, sparks, and predictions) were especially entertaining and inciteful. Congratulations to my 3rd  period class for having the highest class average for the first nine weeks. They had an average of 91.35.  Other averages were: 89.17, 88.99, 87.97 and 85.84 I cannot post the highest overall average.  There are 6 students with an average over 100.
