Once a month, I will post a writing prompt on this blog page. You have the opportunity to gain 20 bonus points in the silver category by posting a comment on the writing prompt IN A COMPLETE PARAGRAPH. YOUR ANSWER MUST BE POSTED AS A COMMENT ON THIS PAGE! You will be scored on the following:
Clear topic sentence – 5 points
3 clear explanations for your response – 9 points
No spelling or grammar errors – 1 point
No 1st or 2nd person pronouns(I, me, my, mine, us, we, our, ours, you, your, yours) – 5 points
You will have the entire month to complete the bonus prompt. For example, the January writing prompt paragraphs posted between January 1 and January 31 will be the only ones graded for that month. You won’t get credit for the January prompt if you post before January 1 or after January 31. HAVE FUN and BE CREATIVE!!!
