Progress reports went out today. A glitch caused my points to be put into wrong categories but the total points earned and grade point averages are correct. Some OOPS tests were not taken and entered before printing. The take home quiz for “Street Magic” (25 points) and the Independent Reading Story String Projects have not been entered.
There are plenty of points left this 9 weeks to bring grades up by as much as an entire letter grade– or Heaven forbid lowered by as much. If you have a question please e-mail me a number where you can be reached this weekend.
Yesterday students were given the directions for their next Independent Reading Project.

Monday test: “Don’t Let the Bed Bugs Bite”. Students may use Characterization graphic and Plot grapic note takers on the test. They cannot write definitions on the graphs.
