11-26 to 11-30

The vocabulary list is too confusing for more than 50% of my students.  Therefore I am shortening the list and moving the the test to Friday.  Students are responsible for the following words:

beneficial, benefactor, benign, bon voyage, benediction, beneficiary, benevolent, malnourished, dismal, malodorous, malaria, malfeasance, malevolent

In addition to shortening the list, I gave the students a list of the words and the definitions because they were not able to play the games with the pieces while  I was out.

There was a bit of confusion with the assignment while I was out.  A majority of my students completed the assignemnt to answer #10  and list 5   examples of good description from the story “President Cleveland Where Are You?”.  If you did not you must finish it for  Tuesday.
