Homework for tonight in both classes is to complete the vocabulary begun
in class. Students are working with list A and B on the right hand side of the
sheet. First, fill in the blanks with words from list A&B. Note part of speech
needed and exact definition. Then, write one sentence for each vocabulary
word. Underline the vocabulary word.
About strikes:
Most weeks I run out of time before I enter my strikes. Not this week. Please
keep in mind that I do not give as many strikes as I probably should. In addition
some of my students spend 3 class hours a day in my room.
We have 41 ELA standards to cover so we can’t waste time in class.
