This morning at 7:15I welcomed my largest crowd ever for grammar and
writing review—-6 kids!!!!
Reading: Today we completed reading and discussing Daniel’s Story: Part 1.
We will take a test tomorrow on Part 1 including the vocabulary portion.
On Thursday, we will listen to a speech about the Kristallknacht and watch a
film entitled Voices from Lodz. Then on FRiday we will complete a graphic
organizer that will help us to understand how we gain knowledge from
different genres.
English:Lesson 7 spelling quiz on Wed.
On Friday, we will take a parts of speech review quiz. There will be 20
sentences and 2 words in each sentence will be underlined . Students will
identify the part of speech of the 2 underlined words. If a student will be
absent on Friday for a field trip they should come
before school on Friday
or during lunch on Friday
or Thursday during class to take the test.
Students are making study guide posters in class and for homework to review.
The booklet is due on Friday.
On Monday we will test on our Naut words and begin planning our picture
sparked memoirs.
