This week: Welcome Back!
I will check the homework that was due 1/11 on Monday.
We took 2 tests this past week. They will be on I-now by 3:30 Monday
The next assignment is due 1/17 and it is to read Ch. 1-5 in The Watsons Go to Birmingham. Each child checked out a copy from the library. There will be a quiz on that day covering the action, vocabulary, and characters in those chapters.
There will be a gold test covering poetry on 1/29.
Students should pay attention and carefully do their work in class and review pages 550-555 in their textbook in order to score well on the test.
Every student was given instructions to take home for caretakers to join their child’s DoJo class. This will allow caretakers to more easily monitor a child’s daily classroom behavior. If a teacher enters something on the system caretakers are immediately notified.
